Broadcast Agreement
My station, __________, ____________________________ intends to broadcast

In broadcasting this contest I agree to the following stipulations:
1. The agreement is for contests played at any IVC schools home site in sports listed.
2. Fees will be paid to the host school prior to my station broadcasting any portion of
the contest.
3. All fees are payable to the Inter Valley Conference
4. Payments made in advance will be sent directly to Commissioner Don Spinell 22838
Mayfair Ave. Minerva, Ohio 44657
5. Payments made the night of the game will be made to the host school’s Athletic
Director. They will forward the check to Don Spinell
6. Any “pay exceptions” must be approved in advance by the commissioner.
7. All Television/Video webcasts must be taped delay basis beginning no sooner than
10:00pm the day of the contest unless prior approval is granted for live broadcast.
8. Advertisements for beer, wine, tobacco products, patent medicines, by political
parties or candidates or any other advertising not considered to be in agreement
with the philosophy of interscholastic athletics is strictly prohibited.
Fee Structure is as follows:
Football and Basketball Only: Radio Broadcast …….………. $50.00
Tape delayed Television/Video Webcast…… $50.00
Live Stream Video/Audio Webcast………….$150.00
Live Stream Video/Audio and Radio Webcast….$200.00
